Color Rich - Dark Brown

Our earth-friendly, colorant enhanced mulch intensifies the color of natural Douglas Fir. The vibrant color lasts throughout the season.

 

Independent laboratory tests state Color Rich dyes are safe for shrubs, plants, pets and children. We use the same non-toxic materials to color our mulch as found in lipsticks, cosmetics, and food containers.

 

Please Note: Color Rich Dark Brown and Brick Red should not be used in traffic areas due to the possibility of the color rich dye transferring to hard surfaces like cement walk ways or coating footwear. Please use a tarp on your driveway to avoid staining.
USES:
Residential and commercial landscapes. Where a rich, long-lasting, color is desired. Retains moisture in the soil and helps to control weeds when applied at 3-4” deep.
APPLICATION:
Apply 3"-4" deep for new landscaped areas and 1?-2? for coloring established beds.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Screened at 5/8" minus (material size ranges from 1" down to fines). Dark Brown uses carbon black based colorant.
